Refund policy

At Emas MAX, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer an exchange under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, all the following must be met:

• The request is made within 3 working days from the date of purchase.
• The defect is a manufacturing fault (e.g. faulty clasp, stone displacement, workmanship defect), and not damage caused by wear, misuse, or accident.
• The item is in its original condition, unworn beyond normal inspection, with all tags and packaging intact.
• The original receipt or proof of purchase is presented.

2. Initiating an Exchange

Please bring the item, along with your receipt, to our store within 3 working days of purchase. Our team will inspect the item on-site to confirm the defect before proceeding with the exchange. Do note that exchanges will only apply on the jewellery purchased and not the packaging accompanying with it.

3. Exchange Process

Once the defect is verified, we will offer an exchange for the same item (if available) or an item of equivalent value. Where the replacement differs in weight or design, any price difference will be adjusted accordingly at the prevailing gold rate.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for exchange:

• Items damaged due to wear, misuse, or improper care
• Customised or personalised items, unless the defect is a manufacturing fault
• Items without proof of purchase
• Requests made after 3 working days from the date of purchase

5. Refunds

As Emas MAX operates on an in-store purchase model, all exchanges are processed at our physical store. We currently do not offer refunds; only exchanges for verified manufacturing defects, in accordance with the terms above.
